Anyone who has visited the beautiful county of Devon, will understand that we are in no way short of places to eat – it’s a bit of a county-wide pastime! From small cafés and tea rooms, to pubs and restaurants, we seem to have more than our fair share of excellent eateries (which is probably one of the main reasons we live here). Most of them are also in stunning locations – from rural village pubs, with short walks along picturesque rivers to work off that dessert, to beach-side pubs with outstanding views of the ocean.
We have endeavoured to try a variety of places to eat out in Devon to give visitors and locals alike a wide choice of both location and type of food. Rest assured that we have given a truly honest and independent review of the food, the ambience and the service. We believe that these are all very important considerations when eating out. Moreover, all of the places catered very successfully for me as a coeliac.
